I'm teaching at The Beachwood Recreation Center for Silver Sneakers.

This class is free for Silver Sneaker Members. Paying seniors 65+ are also welcome! Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-11am for Circuit and 11-12 Yoga/Tai Chi.
