Private Zoom classes have become a popular offering and ideal for those who travel. All you need is a Zoom connection, tablet, computer or phone and we can get to work!
These classes can switch to in-person anytime you'd like with a slight increase in cost and a minimum of 1-week notice.

Each month, we meet together to have a brief discussion about how our meditation is going, receive helpful tips and enjoy time to practice together.
Following this one hour session, feel free to stay and socialize until 4:30pm.
Monthly Meditation Club is free and meets the first Sunday of every month from 3-4:30pm.

Think of this experience as similar to being in a Book Club but remove the book, add in meditation time and keep the social aspect and that's Meditation Club!

It's for anyone interested in meditation, from first-time meditators to established practioners who use any style of meditation and enjoy the group meditation experience.

This is a 6-week class offered through the Beachwood Recreation Center.
The ultimate class to foster self care! This class will offer you the time and space to you need to unwind. You'll focus on releasing deep tension throughout the body through gentle, yet, deep stretches followed by guided relaxation. The perfect way to bring your body back into balance. Ability to get up and down from the floor is required for this class. Please bring a mat, blanket or towel, socks and an optional eye mask.
