Private Yoga

Private in-home yoga classes are an excellent way to ensure you're getting the most from your practice. These classes are completely customizable to your needs and goals and can include meditation, relaxation and more. Privates can include up to two people. Schedule one class or weekly sessions.

Ideal for those:

  • Recovering from injury, joint replacement rehabilitation, general physical limitations
  • Learning the basics to gain confidence before joining a group class
  • Prefer comfort of home
