Unwind and relax at Mediation & Mocktails with instructor Julie Konrad. This calming program begins with a guided meditation designed to promote relaxation, mindfulness and overall well-being. 

Following mediation, enjoy a flight of festive, St. Patrick's Day-inspired mocktails, complete with tips and easy recipes so you can recreate your favorites at home.
